We analyse the problem and the rough scope of the services required. The meeting takes place online via Proton Meet video call or on site. We then arrange a follow-up appointment.

We discuss possible solutions and how they can be integrated into the project. We then provide an offer and a timeline.

The initial consultation is free of charge online. You have received an offer and can now decide to proceed, request a correction or decline the offer.

What do ATT IT's IT services include?
ATT IT advises on hosting, servers, cloud, domains, software and data sovereignty. This includes selecting VPS, dedicated servers and cloud environments, domains and DNS, assessing software and interfaces, and questions about data protection and sovereignty. ATT IT prepares the offer and coordinates implementation.
How important are data sovereignty and privacy?
Data sovereignty and data protection are the starting point. We check where data is stored, who has access, which providers and contracts are involved, and whether data leaves the EU. If a requirement cannot be implemented cleanly for technical or contractual reasons, we say so and show alternatives or limits.
Does ATT IT only work with companies from Karlsruhe?
No. Consulting is available online and is not limited to Karlsruhe.
Does ATT IT offer consulting online?
Yes. Meetings take place via Proton Meet video call. We agree documents and screen sharing in advance. On-site appointments are available in Karlsruhe and the region. Proton Meet is end-to-end encrypted, so the provider cannot decrypt the meeting content.
Why does ATT IT use Proton Meet?
Proton Meet encrypts audio, video, screen sharing and chat end to end. Content is encrypted and decrypted on participants' devices; relay through Proton servers only sees encrypted data. Meeting passwords are generated on the host's device and are not stored on Proton servers. Meeting content and participant lists are not stored after the call. Proton Meet is open source, independently audited, ISO 27001 certified and SOC 2 Type II attested; the company is based in Switzerland and its infrastructure runs in European data centres according to the provider. For confidential infrastructure and security conversations, this is the right foundation for us: the provider cannot technically read the content. The meeting link contains the access code and should only be shared with the intended participants; a Proton account is not required to join.
Does ATT IT provide on-site IT support?
Yes, within the agreed scope in Karlsruhe and the region. In the initial conversation we clarify what needs to happen on site, how often and with what response time. Everything else can be handled remotely.
