Ignite: The hosting product for providers.

Ignite is our ultimate hosting product for providers. The panel is the integration layer and multi-tenant capable, with full API key support and SEO-optimised frontend pages. KYC, payments, domains, hosting, virtualisation, game hosting and containers are connected through the respective providers. A built-in subdomain and DNS system for your own PowerDNS nameservers is included. ATT IT runs Ignite as a managed service, as a hosted service or on-premise in an encrypted VM with zero-knowledge in an isolated environment. Ignite is not directly bookable; the public website ignitepanel.com will follow.

We answer questions about priorities and operations directly.

Theme packs, dedicated catalogue, settings, Discord bots, legal texts and DPA templates per tenant. Setup wizard and separate admin roles.

API, clients and security

Public API with scoped API keys, SDKs for TypeScript, PHP and Rust, clients for web, Windows, Linux, macOS and Android. 2FA, passkeys, SSO/OIDC, encrypted secrets, audit log and GDPR export.

Managed service for providers

ATT IT installs, operates and maintains Ignite as a managed service. Providers focus on sales and customer care. Ignite brings together integrations from KYC, payment, domain, virtualisation, game hosting and container providers; ATT IT keeps the platform and integrations operational.

Deployment model

Ignite runs either as a hosted service at ATT IT or on-premise in an encrypted VM with zero-knowledge in an isolated environment. In on-premise operation, the platform stays in the provider's environment; ATT IT provides the agreed managed service. Web versions are available as a high-availability option without an app and are rolled out fully automatically within minutes after delivery.

Multi-tenancy and service separation

Ignite is multi-tenant capable: one database provides separate areas for different projects, brands and companies, managed through a central backend. The application is service-based and separates the admin UI, admin backend, backend user and the user-facing web frontend. This enables maximum separation between tenants and roles. Full API key support and SEO-optimised frontend pages are included.

KYC and payments

Ignite integrates ENJYN KYC and Stripe Identity for identity verification. Mollie and Stripe are available as payment providers; payment on invoice is also possible. The integrations can be connected to existing workflows.

Banking with Qonto

Qonto is connected via API. Transfers are automatically reconciled with incoming balance payments, including instant transfers. SEPA direct debits are available as a payment method; failed collections trigger the appropriate dunning stage and a cost calculation.

Domains and reselling

Ignite integrates Skrime for domain and TeamSpeak reselling, plus Domain Robot and the Domain Reseller API for domain management and reselling. Providers can bill and manage domains and TeamSpeak products through the platform.

DNS and subdomains

Ignite includes a built-in subdomain and DNS system for your own PowerDNS nameservers. Providers manage zones, records and subdomains directly in the platform.

Shared hosting with Plesk and Ploi API

Both environments run locally. Plesk provides shared hosting with resource limits; Ploi currently has no size limits and focuses on monitoring. The integration uses the Ploi API, not Ploi Core. Providers can add both environments to their offering.

Virtualisation, game hosting and containers

Ignite integrates the Proxmox VE API and the Proxmox Backup Server API for VMs and backups. The Pterodactyl v1 API connects game servers and is fully adapted into Ignite. The Pterodactyl panel does not need to be embedded in the user view. Ignite Containers adds containerised hosting on Kubernetes or Docker. Coming soon: OpenStack as a Proxmox alternative.

Data centre and network

The DC Manager bundles colocation, traffic metering and limiting per VM. SDN support for Proxmox VMs is included.

Discount system

Time-limited discounts, surcharges and client binding are possible and will be stated in the individual offer.

Support and channels

Ignite includes an integrated support PIN system. The Discord bot synchronises support tickets with Ignite, so providers can reach customers where they prefer without leaving their preferred contact channel.

Business and accounting

The integrated BusinessFund supports framework agreements with customers. Overcharge fees can be configured and mapped in the framework agreement; payment on invoice is available. OSS export and settings simplify accounting. sevDesk, Lexware, easyBill and Papierkram can be connected.

Case system and EU law

The integrated case system captures cases that concern the customer, as well as many relevant EU law topics, such as DSA, GDPR and other EU law topics. An automated query and pre-check identifies IP addresses that are not registered with the provider; such reports are rejected automatically. The standardised forms are available in the Reports section.

SLAs and documents

Ignite includes a system for creating SLAs, contracts, policies and other documents. Content can be adapted per customer, project or brand.
